Refund & Return Policy
Our Promise We take pride in every item that leaves our studio and want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right.
Each item from The Hanley Studio is thoughtfully handmade by a real person, not produced by a machine. Because of this, slight variations and minor imperfections may naturally occur and are part of what makes each piece unique and one of a kind.
These small differences—such as subtle alignment variations or handmade details—are not considered defects and are not eligible for return. We believe these nuances are what give handmade items their character and charm.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send us a photo of the damage or incorrect item and we'll issue a full refund. Because many of our items are one-of-a-kind handmade pieces, we may not always be able to offer a replacement — but we will always make it right.
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.
Custom Orders All custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. If there is an issue with your custom order please reach out and we'll work with you to find a solution.

A Note on Shipping Damage Damaged packages are frustrating — we get it. Please save all original packaging and take photos before disposing of anything, as this helps us file a claim with USPS on your behalf.
